U.S. President Joe Biden mentioned on Friday he had an ‘extraordinarily damaging’ response to experiences that Russia has moved forward with a plan to deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus.
Russia’s defence minister introduced the cope with Belarus on Thursday. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko mentioned that tactical nuclear weapons had been already on the transfer.
