U.S. President Joe Biden acknowledged on Friday he had an ‘terribly detrimental’ response to research that Russia has moved ahead with a plan to deploy tactical nuclear weapons in Belarus.
Russia’s defence minister launched the deal with Belarus on Thursday. Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko acknowledged that tactical nuclear weapons had been already on the switch.
